The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sh and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (such as Allegro, Amazon, Stripe, and Google). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services and do not endorse them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or an in-app notice.

Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
